Which Kasco AquatiClear Circulator is right for me?

Area of influence, or the area you need to circulate, is one factor in choosing the right model of circulator. The radius of influence for each model is below:

• 1/2 HP = 75 feet
• 3/4 HP = 100 feet
• 1 HP = 125 feet

Kasco AquatiClear Mounting Options

Universal Dock Mount

Mount your unit on a dock or piling with our universal dock mounting kit. Rotate the unit to change its angle and depth with the patent-pending Simple Swivel bracket. Uses a 1 in. threaded pipe, up to 10 ft. long, which is supplied by the customer.

Horizontal Float

Secure to the shore with three ropes and tie-down loops. Three angles of orientation directs flow to a desired area. Carries a 3-year warranty.

Shallow Water Install Kit (NEW!)

This allows AquatiClear Circulators to operate in shallow applications without disrupting the pond or lake bottom and without creating an audible whirlpool. These kits are designed for use with dock-mounted AquatiClear units that are installed at 3 ft. or less from the water’s surface.

So, which mounting option is best for me?

This depends on your specific set up. The Universal Mount offers the most adjustability and ease of movement but requires the unit to be physically mounted to a dock or similar structure. The Horizontal Float offers less adjustability but can be installed in any area even if it doesn’t have a dock. If you have a dock or structure to mount to, the universal mount is often the best choice.

If the depth of your pond, lake, marina, coastline, etc. is less than the desired depth for standard installation (less than 3 feet from surface of water), the Shallow Water Install Kit is the choice for you!
