Return to Stock

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any product.

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Product must have been purchased within 90 days from EasyPro.

Must be in its original packaging and must be in sellable condition.

Special orders, such as but not limited to cut liner, are not returnable.

Return Requests for products originally shipped as requested:  A 10% restocking fee will apply. Some items may be subject to higher restocking charges The customer will be responsible for the return freight.

Return Requests for products originally shipped in error:  Contact us within 72 hours to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Damaged Shipments

Truck/Motor freight shipments:  All damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Inspect prior to signing for the delivery, open and inspect for quantity and condition of product. If it is not practical to do a full inspection on large orders, write on the paperwork:  “Internal Quantity and Condition Unknown”

Damage or shortage must be reported to Paragon Ponds within 48 hours after delivery by scanning a copy of the signed delivery receipt to our Logistics Coordinator at shipping@paragonponds.com

Small parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.):  Damaged packages must be left in original packaging.  Contact our Logistics Coordinator at (888) 699-3210 or shipping@paragonponds.com for information and procedures on damaged small parcel shipments.

Warranty

EasyPro Pond Products (“EasyPro”) warrants to the purchaser that this product (“Product”) will be free from any mechanical or material defects for a period of X year(s) from the date of purchase (**Some product specific exemptions may apply**). This warranty only covers properly installed and maintained Products sold by authorized EasyPro Pond Products Sellers who are subject to and follow EasyPro’s Pond Products quality control standards. Please note that because EasyPro Pond Products is unable to control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any deterioration suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence, improper installation, acts of God or accident. Similarly, any modification made by the purchaser to the Product will cause the warranty to be null and void. This warranty does not cover any cost associated with the installation or removal of the Product subject to a warranty claim.

All returned items will be inspected to determine cause of failure before a warranty claim is approved.

The exclusive remedies provided hereunder shall, upon EasyPro’s Pond Products inspection and option, be either repair or replacement of the Product or parts covered under this warranty.

A Return Authorization (“RA”) number must first be obtained by calling EasyPro Pond Products at 800-448-3873 or via email at warranty@easypro.com. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay the return shipping charges. Be sure to include the RA number, original receipt (in the form of an invoice or sales receipt), your name, your return address and your phone number inside of the package. No warranty claims will be honored without the original receipt that shows that your purchase was made from an Authorized EasyPro Pond Products Seller. Ensure the product is properly packaged and insured for the replacement value. Damage due to improper packaging is the responsibility of the sender.

ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

EasyPro Pond Products shall not be held liable for any damages caused by defective components or materials of this Product; or for loss incurred because of the interruption of service; or any consequential/incidental damages and expenses arising from the production, sale, use or misuse of this Product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Paragon Ponds and EasyPro Pond Products shall not be held liable for any loss of fish, plants or any other livestock as a result of any failure or defect of this Product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from State to State.

Kasco Marine, Inc. warrants products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship (except for ropes, power cords, and propellers) under normal use and service. See below for details.

Warranty is Void:

  • If the product is not maintained properly according to the Maintenance Recommendations supplied in the owners manuals
  • If the product is returned for repair without the power cord
  • If the unit, control box, or power cord are altered in anyway form the original shipment. Cuts in the power cord and field splices are not covered under the warranty
  • If product is used without supplied GFI protected circuit or the Kasco control panel (if provided)
  • If product is damaged by unauthorized tampering
  • If sacrificial zinc anode around propeller shaft shows significant deterioration

Units under warranty may be sent to any Kasco authorized repair center for evaluation and repair. All units must include the Repair Contact Form.

Note: Only complete motor assemblies will be accepted for warranty repair. The power cord and all other components must be returned with the motor as originally assembled. Any missing parts will be replaced at the customer’s expense and, if determined to have caused the failure, could void the entire warranty. Some parts are essential for structural support during shipping and others, such as the power cord, are essential to properly diagnose potential causes of failure. It is not necessary to return the float or control box with the motor assembly.

Please include a shipping address (physical address) for return delivery of the repaired unit and a daytime phone number and/or e-mail address for correspondence regarding the warranty claim.

Kasco Marine will return units repaired under warranty at our expense via ground freight within the continental United States.  Any expedited shipping method for the return of the unit is at the customer’s expense.

Warranty

  1. All standard Scott Aerator Company products are under warranty to the original owner for…
    • 5 years against motor failure, no questions asked.
    • 1 year against factory defects for all other product components.
  2. Scott Aerator Company will replace failed parts under warranty when the defective unit is returned to the factory, with shipping prepaid by customer, and once factory inspection establishes that the part was defective.
    • The unit must be returned to the factory prior to shipment of replacement parts.
    • All parts replaced under warranty will be returned with shipping prepaid.
    • Scott Aerator Company will not be liable for consequential damage nor for any costs associated with removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
  3. Getting the power requirements correct is the most important part of ordering your new unit. If it was determined, within 60 days of receiving the unit, that the distance from the breaker panel was not measured correctly...
    • We will upgrade the motor voltage from 115 volt to 230 volt free of charge, minus shipping both ways.
